GRAPHIC DESIGNER

  •         Make creatives as per requirements: Create images/graphics that identify a product or convey a message. •         Designing catalog, brochures and other advertising & promotional collateral •         Create powerful banners & stunning visuals for website and various social media platforms - create new page layout, landing pages etc •         Conceptualize visuals based on requirements: study design briefs and determine requirements, prepare rough drafts and present ideas •         Test graphics across various media •         Amend designs after feedback •         Work with creative team- photographer, copywriters and creative consultant to produce final design •         Research on new creative concepts we can adopt for better customer outreach. •         Inputs on marketing and sales funnel on improving conversions.   Desired Candidate Profile   •         Must have strong sense of design to produce stunning layouts •         Able to think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts •         Being able to think in storytelling through designs, images and text, be creative and understand industry trends. •         Should possess a creative eye to enhance the product, appeal among target segment •         Strong hands-on experience with designing and editing software : Should be proficient in Adobe InDesign, preferred at least 1 year experience of InDesign •         Familiarity with design and editing software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw •         Knowledge of Adobe Animate/Flash is a plus. •         Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus •         Excellent communication skills •         Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines •         Only outstanding visualizers will be shortlisted. Candidates without a good portfolio need not apply.
